Investment Thesis
We are an investment firm creating a healthcare platform through acquisitions. We want to buy 30 single physician-owned practices in the East Coast (US) area and turn them into a multi-physician modality to offer patients more access to service care providers.
Doctors who join group practices are better able to spread overhead costs among other physicians and can worry less about administrative duties. Also, many post-covid Physician Owners are looking to retire within the coming years and we look to help them exit or continue practicing without the hassle of maintaining growth & scale.

Effective systems and management for financial control, sales management.
Utilize
Existing management and know-how of the companies for operations.
Integrate
And assist acquired businesses to penetrate new markets and broaden their customer base.
Exit
Via (IPO) or strategic sale based on market conditions in the next 5-7 years.
